Evidence of Things Unseen

Genre: Rock (hard to pin down, because there are lots of long piano parts and acoustic arrangements, along with sections of screaming and heavy guitars)

The Makeout

Genre: Punk / Rock / Acoustic Rock

The Waltons

From The Roanoke Times "Punk in Roanoke" feature:

"The Waltons also hailed from Salem, but had a completely different vibe than the Vomit. The Waltons played more of a mid-tempo punk that featured Jim Burtch, Jill Carter and Suzanne Lacey on vocals. The band's surf and folk influences distinguished them from the rest of Roanoke's hardcore scene. Several core members of the group went on to form Thee Wanderers and Vim Vigor Vitality, both of which gigged around the mid-Atlantic during the '90s."

Genre: Rock (even though they're listed as punk by The Roanoke Times feature, I don't think they sound very much like a punk band)

Unknown album (1986?)

Fallout

From The Roanoke Times "Punk in Roanoke" feature:

"Fallout, started in the mid-'80s but outlasted their contemporaries. The band was a regular on Roanoke's club scene until the mid-'90s, when two of its three members helped form Johnny Boy. Bassist Dave Fueglein went on to help found Dead End Heist, which he left early this year, and drummer Andre Burroughs played in the StarCity WildCats. Their EP, 'It's All Over Now,' is a classic of Roanoke punk."

Genre: Rock / Punk

H.O.G. (High on God)

Very little information on this. Includes a mashup of Amazing Grace and "Peaceful Easy Feeling" by The Eagles on track 5. There is a track 2 on this CD but it won't rip without crashing any software I use. Hopefully I can find a way to get it.

I also have no idea what year this was recorded, so this is a guess based on the way the artwork print and CD label looks. I'd say this is 2004 at the latest, and 1996 at the earliest. All I know is that it was produced by a Tim Becker. Hopefully someone can give more information.
