There is nearly no information in the 1-sided liner notes, other than the names of the people that created the album—Doug Coulter and John Bain—and that it was released by a "C-Lab Records." I believe John Bain went on to play guitar in a band called Maximum Exposure, of which I have little information about.
The music itself moves from hard rock (played with atypical guitar arrangements) to jazz, to psychedelic/progressive rock jams, and finally touches on a bit of metal in the last track, of which most of the accompanying vocals are vomiting noises. The singer, if it's the same person throughout the album, has quite a range, and showcases his interesting voice quite well across these 5 songs.

Betsy Q.
There is a great deal of presence online by the creator of this album, including her Twitter account, and even several local news stories. I assume that the CD that is being sold on Betsy Q's website is a re-recording of this cassette demo, but since she is still active and selling this album, I won't provide a download link. I will, however, put up a scan of the cassette liner notes.

H.O.G. (High on God)
Very little information on this. Includes a mashup of Amazing Grace and "Peaceful Easy Feeling" by The Eagles on track 5. There is a track 2 on this CD but it won't rip without crashing any software I use. Hopefully I can find a way to get it.
I also have no idea what year this was recorded, so this is a guess based on the way the artwork print and CD label looks. I'd say this is 2004 at the latest, and 1996 at the earliest. All I know is that it was produced by a Tim Becker. Hopefully someone can give more information.
Genre: Rock / Christian Contemporary
